On November 30th of this year, at 10:00 AM, the 6th conference of the Association of Biochemists of Georgia took place in the Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine.
The conference was jointly organized by the Association of Biochemists of Georgia and Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine.

Esteemed lecturers from various institutions, including Ilia State University, Tbilisi State University, Georgian Agrarian University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Laboratory “Genomics”, and the Ivane Beritashvili Experimental Biomedicine Center delivered insightful reports.
Furthermore, a session dedicated to poster presentations was conducted, providing a platform for young researchers to showcase their research and contributions.
The President of the Association provided an insightful overview of FEBS’ rich history, its contributions, and ongoing advancements. Additionally, key information was shared regarding the deadlines and guidelines for participation in the FEBS Congress 2025 and the Young Scientists Forum.

The commission announced the winners of the Young Investigators Awards, with one award for the best presenter and three for outstanding posters. The awards were generously sponsored by “Tbilisi Medic” Company.
